As CEO, I translate vision into execution. I coordinate the day-to-day operations of the project, making sure every department — from dev and content to social and community — is aligned, efficient, and moving toward our shared objectives. I manage deadlines, support decision-making, and oversee project implementation across the board. My focus is on turning strategic goals into actionable plans, empowering the team, and maintaining momentum as BlockchainDudes grows into a leading voice in blockchain education.
